Relational Presentation training sessions can occur virtually via the Internet or may be scheduled as an onsite event in your training facilities or another local venue. Onsite training offers the advantage of face-to-face contact with the instructor, as well as a heightened intensity of focus (learning occurs during a shorter period of time). Such events may include any or all of the four Workshop Levels. Most center on Levels 2 and 3—the Relational Presentation components—and span two days.

Onsite training typically occurs in a computer lab because of the easy availability of uniformly configured computers. However, we encourage a more informal environment if one is available, where participants bring their own laptops and are seated around a conference table or smaller tables. Having food available and alternative forms of comfortable seating is a plus as well.

The reasons for recommending a more informal learning situation (even restaurant meeting rooms work well) are numerous and are based upon research into modern learning environments. If nothing else, it's preferable for individuals to be trained on the computers they will use during future construction or presentation activities.

Onsite events can accommodate up to 15 individuals per instructor. The full course textbook serves as the study material and each participant receives his or her own copy of this book, as part of the overall training package. Additional textbooks are available at a special price, 35% off retail. All other course materials are provided at the time of training, or by download.

Costs vary somewhat according to the package chosen. The standard base charge of $3,250 per day plus travel applies to most events in the continental United States. Discounts are available when training covers more than two Mastery Levels. Discounts and scholarships may also be available for nonprofit groups and small businesses. A surcharge usually applies for international events. Please contact an Aspire representative for assistance with an exact quote for your training needs.

We recommend scheduling onsite training at least 6 months in advance to assure availability of an instructor and to accommodate necessary logistics.
