About the Working with Hyperlinks Tutorial

After completing the Working with Shapes and Working with Pictures tutorials, you are ready to explore all the marvelous potential hyperlinks offered to you as a relational speaker. Hyperlinks give random access to slides within a show, to other PowerPoint shows, to Web sites, and to documents such as PDF, Excel, or Word files, and more. Hyperlinks are the glue that ties a relational network together, allowing you to move around quickly and spontaneously within a vast visual database made of PowerPoint slides.

This tutorial is approximately one hour long and covers everything you need to know about working with hyperlinks in PowerPoint, in preparation for starting other Aspire tutorials. We recommend completing this session after the shapes and pictures tutorials, but before any of the other offerings, especially the navigation tutorials. The skills mastered here are foundational and will help you learn those topics faster.
